I don't know why we have a jobs and employment channel here. Because I assume the intention is only for advice and information.


And not for job offers or asking for money. Which this topic is clearly aiming at requesting money for investment in supposed business.


Job offers and money or business partnership requests with strangers are too dangerous for everyone here (especially as there are a lot of people with lower income or unemployed or student members who will be in less well off economic situation and are at high risk to be taken in by these things) and has no place on a friendship community site.


Posting a topic like this is no different than sending a spam/scam private message which would be reported, and then the user probably removed from the site.


The reason is because it is putting the users in danger, who are not aware or cautious enough, or are in a desparate situation enough to make bad decisions.


I think all forms of communication hinted at requesting or sending money are almost certainly scams (attempted frauds) and are forbidden from all sites on the internet. Being a member for some weeks and then posting a topic does not make any difference than posting private messages or asking for people to send their email address so you can send the further details of your business by email.




Moderators and Admin
All topics like this should be locked, and users warned that continuing to send any message anywhere on the site or in private messages like this (talking about business partnerships, or money) will result in them getting their user account deleted. And every new account that behaves in the same way will get deleted too.




Users
This is totally untrustworthy and so I warn everyone who is reading it to not even consider to reply. And if the person really wants a partnership, either look for a site on the internet that is about finding business partnerships, or else offer partnership with someone you know well in your location.
Business is not a thing done with strangers who have no accreditations or reasons to trust them, and is not done at a penpal site!

I would say asking for business partnership or money is included in this. And so topic is not allowed and should be locked.

Well, I can see the use for this channel, if you take a look at the different topics it can be seen how many angles there are.

But I agree about certain posts not being allowed, including ones asking for money. I didn't see the first post the author is talking about, so I may be missing details. So it's not really right to ask anyone to see your point, paapz, when information they need to decide is missing.
