Money is important to have but as long as it is not the most important thing in your life its fine.

Money is neutral just as fire, air or water. You can use money to live or to kill somebody. You can use fire to cook food or to fry a human being. Everything is neutral so every person can chose and create whatsoever he wants. Even God is neutral so you can use him to make your life and others joyful or use him to kill, make others suffer or create fear and guilt in a person's heart.

Exactly correct. In today's world it is next to impossible to survive without money. It buys food and medicine to survive. Is it evil or bad to survive? How you use money or how you view it in life, determines how evil you can make it.
Remember the old phrase, "Money is the root of all evil", wrong, I think it should be "Minds are the root of all evil"

It's the "love" of money that is the evil part. To be so focussed on money that nothing or no-one matters. That is evil and certainly not necessary.

I don't disagree.
However it's interesting to see how reviled the love of money is when compared to the love of another human being. Why is the devotion to one evil, and the devotion to another good?

Its not money, it is greed that causes the problem.
Why would money be evil? Evil, is just a religious concept.
Money is just a replacement for bartering, far easier to carry a few coins than a beef ¼ to exchange for the 10gals of petrol for your motor.
